Here's a good tip I found recently.

Just like a hot meal can be smelled throughout the house, so can warmed deer scent. Since most of us hunt in cooler to cold weather, keeping a scent warm or getting it warm can be difficult. I like to place my scents in a film canister then wrap the canister with a chemical disposable hand warmer. You’ll be amazed how much further the heated scent will travel…right into that monster bucks nose.
