1/4 cup celery choped
1/2 cup onion choped
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Saute onions and celery in butter until slightly browned.Combine with other ingrediants tossing to blend.Stuff into cavity that is to be filled, cook meat accordingly if more stuffing is needed just double recipie [note: you can add any thing else that you like ie: crisped bacon,nuts,rasins ect. enjoy
