salt and pepper
egg wash[2 eggs,2 tbsp milk ,wisk together]
1 cup crushed ritz crackers or breading
1/2 cup butter
1 oz white wine
season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, dip in the egg wash,dip in the crackers,mean time melt butter in a heavy fry pan,there should be about 1/4 inch of butter, saute the breasts until browned on both sides,reduce heat cover and simmer for 25 mins,add wine [ drinking left over wine while cooking is recomended but not manditory] cover and simmer about 15 more mins or until tender,enjoy.
