In Euclid Ohio a woman accused of beating a baby deer to death with a shovel after finding it in her garden. smile/mad.gif  has been sentenced to 80 hours community work. Dorothy Richardson 76, said she became frightened when she saw the deer and had only meant to shoo it away.smile/eek.gif
